11.1 Consumer Customers
If you are a consumer purchasing products online, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including Law 133(I)/2013.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the products.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you for the returned products, subject to the condition of the products and any lawful deductions permitted by applicable law.
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, seals, labels, accessories, and documentation intact.
You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned products or until you have supplied evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
11.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sales to professional, trade, salon, reseller, distributor, or other B2B customers are final.
Returns for B2B customers are accepted only where expressly approved by NVP in writing.
Approved B2B returns may be subject to inspection, restocking conditions, return shipping costs, and other trade-specific return requirements.
11.4 Defective or Non-Conforming Products
For consumer customers, statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, including statutory remedies relating to defective goods.
For B2B/professional customers, any visible defects, incorrect items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to NVP within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. This 48-hour notification requirement applies only to B2B/professional transactions and does not limit the statutory rights of consumer customers.
Photographic evidence, batch numbers, product packaging, and other supporting information may be required when reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Products must not be used, installed, altered, treated, washed, cut, coloured, or chemically processed after a defect or discrepancy is discovered, unless NVP has given written approval.
Professional products should be used only by trained professionals and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, product guidelines, and industry best practices.
NVP shall not be liable for damage or loss caused by:
Customers are responsible for conducting appropriate suitability assessments, patch tests, strand tests, colour checks, and professional evaluations before use, where applicable.
Hair extensions, professional hair products, salon equipment, and beauty products may require specialist knowledge and should be used responsibly.
